This awarenes course has been designed to provide delegates with an understanding of how the values, opinions and prejudices of an individual can influence those around them, and how this can lead to discrimination.Delegates will learn the importance and value of equality and diversity, and will be encouraged to promote equal opportunities in the workplace.

  • The training room should be quiet and of appropriate size.
  • Staff should be off work and not expected to be on duty.
  • Staff attending should remain on the course for the entire duration of the training course.
